In 2021, 36 events took place in 9 different countries across the Alps and the Carpathians. The common theme of the 7th edition was 'Local Food'.
In this context, the different groups were invited to illustrate a local recipe. The result is very colorful cookbook that gathers 26 local recipes from all over the Alps and the Carpathians. The publication includes the drawings made by the young people who took part in Youth at the Top 2021. Each recipe is described in the 4 Alpine languages + English.
