This Handbook is addressed to all the partners of Youth at the Top 2017 (protected areas, organizations, educators and animators) and anyone who is interested in taking part in the project in the next editions. It summarizes the values of the initiative, the commitments that partners are asked to fulfil within deadlines, as well as some practical tips and suggestions on how to successfully organize a local event in the common framework of the transnational initiative.
